Gratitude Journal Entry #1

I will be posting a gratitude journal entry here on my blog. A gratitude journal is "a tool to keep track of the good things in life. No matter how difficult and defeating life can sometimes feel, there is always something to feel grateful for." A gratitude journal is dedicated to always be thankful even for everything in life. Gratitude journals focus on what you are overall thankful for in life and regular journals instead focuses on things that have already happened. I learned about the existence of a gratitude journal while using Calm. I mentioned the Calm smartphone app in a previous blog post. I have tried journaling in the past and honestly didn't enjoy doing it. I instead decided to convert my regular journal into a gratitude journal. Once again, I will be posting each gratitude journal entry here on my blog.
